Exhibition overview

The 11th conference Cryogenics 2010 and its accompanying exhibition will take place in Bratislava, in the Slovak Republic. The exhibition will be installed in the foyer of the SÚZA hotel, its total floorage is 510 m2. Unfortunately the space has many columns and corners, hence it is not very suitable for our exhibition. As a consequence we will not be able to satisfy demands for vast exhibition stands/areas, however it will be possible to join together neighbouring stands.

In the case of your interest, fill in and send the exhibition registration form. Let us know which stand/place from our plan you would prefer.

After we collect „all" registration forms, we will make a final exhibition plan with respect to your requests. On the other hand it may happen that we will have to change your assignment, especially in the case of a great number of exhibitors.

We will greatly appreciate if you could keep the dead-line (March 1, 2010). A final exhibition plan will be prepared immediately after the dead-line, then your exhibition space will be confirmed and a pro forma invoice will be sent to you. We will contact you in the case of any complications and-or lack of clarity. Please, take in account that it be very difficult to meet orders received after the dead-line due to the reasons mentioned above.

As in previous years you have a possibility to order either an exhibition space or a construction of your stand, you may use your own equipment or you can order it according to the registration form. Unfortunately there is not a possibility to provide kitchens with a water supply.

Fees and costs

The exhibiting gives right to free participation. Each exhibitor (at least 5sqm) = one free conference fee, which includes the welcome coctail on Monday evening, morning and afternoon refreshments during the conference, the festive dinner on Tuesday evening, one technical excursion according to your interest and conference materials.

All members of the exhibition staff are asked to be registered in the exhibition registration form.

Coffee break refreshments are free for all operating personnel of stands.

The price of the conference dinner for the exhibition staff or your guests is 30 EUR incl. VAT (mark out in the conference registration form).

Your company details from the registration form will be published in the list of exhibitors.

All prices are available in the exhibition registration form, the payment form will be sent according to a filled form after the registration dead-line and a tax document (invoice) will be sent after the tax-day, it means after the last day of the exhibition (April 29, 2010).
All prescribed payment must be received before the beginning of the exhibition.

Commercial presentations

The fee for a simple commercial presentation in a length of 20 minutes is 300 EUR without 19% VAT. The programme committee reserves right to decide about a submission of your contribution into the conference programme.

Miscellaneous (Important general regulations)

ICARIS Ltd. is not responsible for assisting the exhibitor in obtaining passport and visa (in the case they are required) for entrance into the Slovak Republic as well as for customs formalities. The fact that the exhibitor is unsuccessful in obtaining these documents from the appropriate government authorities will not constitute a basis for cancellation of your application and it is clearly understood that no refunds whatsoever will be made, except as stated below. An "invitation visa support letter" will be sent on request.

Equipment and all related display materials installed by exhibitors are not insured by the organizer, and they will under no circumstances be liable for any loss, damage or destruction caused to equipment, goods or property belonging to exhibitors. The organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay incurred in freight shipments into or out of the Slovak Republic.

Exhibitors are responsible for the cost and execution of the design, installation and delivery of their display to and its removal from the exhibition site.

In case of cancellation received in writing up to March 22, 2010, 90% of the total charge will be refunded, providing that the space can be reassigned. After March 22, 2010 no refund is possible.
