These special evening events will bring all delegates and accompanying persons together in one place. This is a unique opportunity to mingle round and create informal relationships with your customers and business partners.

  • Your company logo will be associated and used in the conference and electronic documents in conjunction with the special event.
  • Signage thanking your company for your kind support will be displayed at the serving points (except for a concert)
  • Your promotional literature can be distribute to all participants at the registration desk.
  • You will have an opportunity to address all participants in a welcome speech during the special event (except of a concert)

Lunch is a central point of the congress - a chance for delegates to break from the sessions, relax and discuss the issues raised during the morning. This is an important time to make new contacts and to hold meetings.

Payment Conditions

All prices mentioned in this prospectus do not include VAT 20%

Payment conditions:

  • 40% of the total amount with the contract signing
  • 60% of the total amount until 31 July 2012
