Instructions for Poster Presentations

The payment of the conference fee is the precondition for the publishing of full papers in the Conference proceedings. 

Poster Boards
The dimensions of the poster boards are as follows: 
Display area of the panel: 80 cm (width) x 110 cm (height)

Mounting and Removal of Posters

Fixing material (pins) will be available in the poster area or at the registration desk.

Authors should display their posters on Monday evening or Tuesday morning, and all posters should be dismounted as soon as possible after the ending of the conference programme on Thursday afternoon. Posters that are not dismounted will be removed by staff and discarded.
