Abstracts Submission Rules
From January 6, 2014:
The abstracts submission is still open, but the Programme Committee will accept contributions only for the poster sessions.
Abstracts Submission Rules
• All abstracts must be in English.
• Submitted abstract should be original.
• Abstracts must be submitted as Word DOC or DOCX formats.
• Airmailed or faxed abstracts will not be accepted.
• The files must be prepared using the Abstract Template.
• At most, one Oral Presentation will be offered to each participant. Participants selected for oral presentation must register and pay the registration fee before the deadline.
• At least one author of each paper must be able to present it at the conference.
• Authors are expected to cover their own expenses and pay the conference registration fee definitely in advance, not later than in March/April 2014 (TBA).
• Authors of accepted abstracts who intend to attend the event may request an invitation letter. Please note, this letter, however, represents no obligation on the part of the Organizing Committee to cover travel expenses, registration fee or other costs related to participation in the conference.
Do not hesitate to contact the congress secretariat in case of any difficulties.
Abstracts Acceptance
The "Abstracts acceptance notification" will be published on the conference web page after the abstract review process. All authors will receive a short announcement by e-mail.
If you need an official document confirming the acceptance of your contribution, don´t hesitate to contact conference secretariat. Specify the number/s of your abstract/s in the request.

If you have already uploaded your abstract and if you need to submitt a new version with corrections or changes, don´t upload this second version with the same title once again via on-line system. Send it directly to the Conference secretary by e-mail (Romana@icaris.cz).
You should automatically receive a confirmation after your on-line uploading process. If not, your procedure has not been successful. Try it once again or contact the Conference secretariat.
