Registration process
- Check the review of conference fees and use this registration form.
- Send your completed form to the address Romana@icaris (Romana Kocova),
by fax (+420 266 312 113) or to the address Icaris Ltd. - Wastewater 2009,
Malé nám.1, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic. Use only one possibility. - You will receive a confirmation, incl. your conference personal identification number (PIN). A "Confirmation of payments" will be available on the official web page before the conference. There will be indicated the reserved accommodation, the accepted amount and eventual overpayments or outstanding balances. All participants can check it under their PINs.
- In the case you have made a reservation of your accommodation through Icaris Ltd. do not pay before your receive a confirmation.

All payments must be free of bank charges to the receiver, i.e. all bank charges for executing the international money transfer should be met by the remitter, including those imposed by the beneficiary's agents (UniCredit Bank Inc., Praha, Czech republic). This should be explicitly stated when authorising the international money transfer order. Possible bank charges will be paid after arrival at the registration desk.
Invoices / VAT documents will be issued 14 days after the conference at the latest.
Credit cards and cheques are not accepted.
Cancellation conditions
Notification of all cancellations (conference participation, incl. cancellation or changes of reserved accommodation) must be sent in writing to the ICARIS Ltd. (e-mail: Romana@icaris.cz, fax: +420 266 312 133).
Please, take in your account the difference between cancellation conditions valid for the conference fee and accommodation.
Conference participation
- Till April 2, 2009 - you will pay only an administrative charge of 1 000 CZK
- After April 2, 2009 - you will not receive any refund, but the printed conference materials will be mailed to non-participants. It is possible to send/find a substitute instead of a cancellation.
Accommodation
- In the case of accommodation, see the individual cancellation conditions of hotels. It is important to have in mind that even in the case you have paid only the "one-night deposit" (in order to secure your accommodation) than if you will not arrive the cancellation conditions refer to the payment of the WHOLE ordered accommodation!
