Advertisements in the proceedings
Details for publication: It is necessary to send your advertisement (1 or 2 pages, format A4) in a jpg or word format to the address Romana@icaris.cz until March 15, 2009 at the latest.
Distribution of company leaflets in the conference packet
It is necessary to deliver your materials to the address Icaris Ltd., Male nam.1, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic until April 27, 2009 at the latest. Materials handed over on site at the registration desk will be not accepted.
Participation in the exhibition
We are able to accept last-minute registrations for the accompanying exhibition, approx. one week before the beginning of the conference. Unfortunately, in such a case we will not be able to include your contacts into the printed conference materials. The last possibility for the inclusion of your contacts into the Conference programme is the registration deadline March 31, 2009 at the latest.
For partners and patrons
- display of the company logo in the main lecture hall
Partners and patrons should deliver a panel with their logo to the Parkhotel in Plzen on May 4, 2009.
The maximum dimension is 1,5 x 2 m. - advertisement in the conference proceedings (on a CD)
