Registration Fees Include

Entry to all conference sections (lectures, posters, exhibition)
One set of conference materials incl. conference proceedings on a CD Rom
Welcome party on Monday
Morning and afternoon refreshments
Lunches
Conference dinner on Thursday
Technical excursion on Friday

* In order to register as a student, the registration form must be accompanied by a University confirmation of the student matriculation or a copy of valid student ID with the name, photo and date of birth. Student´s fee can be granted to students under age of 30 (by Sept. 15, 2012). It must be faxed or sent by e-mail together with a registration form.

** Participants from "developing countries" can benefit of the reduced fees until May 15, 2012. Their registration form should be sent together with an official application.

*** Registration fees for accompyning persons include welcome party on Monday, morning and afternoon refreshment, lunches and technical excursion.

2. Send your registration form to the conference secretariat

by e-mail (Romana@icaris.cz)
or by fax (+420 224 233 078)
or by post (Icaris - Cryogenics 2012, Malé nám. 1, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic)

3. After sending your registration form you will receive a confirmation of your ordered services (fee, hotel, etc.) within 1-4 working days. In the case you need a proforma invoice fill in all necessary invoice details in the registration form as well.

4. You should pay according to your confirmation as soon as possible. The deadline for early registration and payments is on ~~June 15, 2012~~ June 30, 2012. Do not pay for your hotel reservation before you receive the confirmation by ICARIS. The payment of the conference fee is the precondition for the publishing of full papers in the Conference proceedings.
